Had a hard year? Your kids can still have Christmas.
Maybe a bill came in way too high, the car broke down, someone lost a job or got sick. You're working hard and may not qualify for other help, but this year there's nothing left over for Christmas. That's exactly who we're here for.
Applications open Sunday, November 1, and close Tuesday, December 15.
Who can apply
We look at what happened this year, not at your income. Every one of your kids is included, teenagers too.
We serve families across Middle Tennessee, with a focus in Wilson County. Wherever you live, you'll need to be able to pick up your gifts in Mt. Juliet.
School counselors, the VA, foster organizations, domestic violence shelters and first responders are welcome to refer families.
- Applications open: November 1
- Deadline: December 15
- Ages: birth to 18
- Pick-up: you must be able to pick up your gifts in Mt. Juliet
- Emergency after the deadline? Message us.
How it works
- Fill out the application
List each child's age and share a few lines, in your own words, about your year.
- Add their Santa letters
Include a few backup ideas. Everything is donated, so name-brand clothes, shoes and electronics are rare.
- Watch for our call or email
Not every application can be approved. We check with other local charities so we can reach more families.
- Come to pick-up day in Mt. Juliet
We'll let you know when. Take the gifts home, plus wrapping paper if you need it, and put them under the tree from Santa.
What your kids will get
- 4–5 gifts each, toys and clothes
- At least one wish from their Santa letter whenever we can
- Stockings and stocking stuffers in years they're donated
- Gifts for every child in the family, teens included
What we can't cover
- Money for bills
- Food baskets
- Bikes, game systems and brand-new video games are rarely donated, so list other ideas too
- Gifts for adults, though mom sometimes finds a little extra in the bag
Need food, help with a bill, or toys for a child outside our area? Other local groups can help too.
