Santa could use a few more elves
Lend a hand at Santa's Workshop, or bring the whole office together for a toy drive with live music.
Become an elf
- Toy drives: help book them, sing at one or spread the word
- Collection boxes: find businesses to give a toy box a home
- Sorting and packing: help pack each child's bag at Santa's Workshop in December
- Food and music: help at toy drives and events
- Pick-up day: help get gifts to parents
- Kids are welcome to volunteer alongside their parents.
- We sign off on student service hours, including TN Promise.
- See current volunteer opportunities on Volunteer Network.
- Questions? Email us and we'll send upcoming volunteer days.
Where the elves get to work
In 2023 we moved into an empty building in Mt. Juliet. Volunteers painted, built shelves and hauled in truckloads of donations, and every December it fills with gift bags and bikes for pick-up day.
Host a toy drive
Our toy drives come with Nashville songwriters. Olivia West, known around here as Jingles the Elf, is usually our go-to.
At your venue
We book songwriters and promote the night. Guests bring a toy and buy their own food and drinks.
At your business
A short acoustic set over lunch while your team brings toys. We can even bring dessert.
At your company party
We stop by your Christmas party and collect toys. Music is optional.
At your house
Invite friends over for a toy drive house party and we'll bring a live acoustic set.
Host a collection box
Give one of our big red toy boxes a home at your business, church or office. We drop it off at the beginning of November, your customers fill it, and we pick it up before December 15.
